Meditations for children

I remember one day being in a bookstore and seeing a mindfulness book for children.

I didn’t know how to meditate, I didn’t know exactly what mindfulness consisted of, but I knew that as a family and as a mother it could be good for us.

I bought it and it turns out they loved it. They were super small. They would be 4 and 5 years old. I was asked to meditate when I went to sleep.

Then over time they got bored a lot, they were always the same. There were 5 meditations and that was it. It was something they liked and often calmed them down but they got bored because it was always the same.

I didn’t know that I could make up meditations, that it was easy and that I could do so much more by guiding a meditation. Not only to calm them but to connect with them in a different way and work on an emotional, physical and energetic level.

Over the years I learned different ways to meditate. I knew that mindfulness fell short of everything you can do with meditation.

There are more practices that lead you to experience very important changes.
