THE USER: <\/strong>The access, navigation and use of the Web Site, confers the condition of user (hereinafter, User), so that the User accepts from the moment he\/she starts browsing the Web Site all the Conditions set forth herein and its previous modifications, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding legal regulations that apply to the present case. The User declares to be over 18 years of age and to have legal capacity to enter into contracts through this Web site.<\/li>\n
  2. PURCHASE PROCESS: <\/strong>The User may purchase the Website by the means and forms established. To do so, you must follow the established purchase procedure during which you may add to the cart, basket or final purchase space as many products and\/or services as you consider necessary. The User must fill in and\/or verify the information requested at each step in order to execute the purchase. Subsequently, the User will receive an e-mail confirming that his order or request for purchase and\/or provision of the service has been received, which will be considered as confirmation of the order placed. The User acknowledges at the time of purchase to be aware of and accept the particular conditions of the product and \/ or service in question, indicating but not limited to: name, weight, how it will be carried out, … etc..<\/li>\n
  3. AVAILABILITY: <\/strong>All purchase orders received by OILS SISTERS through the Website are subject to availability of products and\/or services. In the event of difficulties in the supply of the same, OILS SISTERS undertakes to contact the user and reimburse any amount that may have been paid for the said product and\/or service.<\/li>\n
  4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS: <\/strong>The prices displayed on the Web site are final, in euros or dollars and include the corresponding taxes. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the user has already received an order confirmation. The accepted means of payment will be: (i) PAYPAL and (ii) Credit or debit card. After confirming the order the customer will be taken to the PayPal website using their secure payment platform. Paypal may retain an amount as a deposit or insurance when attempting to make a purchase with the card on the PayPal platform (approximately one euro). This amount will be reimbursed by PayPal in approximately one month. Charging this amount does not guarantee that the purchase is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. DELIVERY: <\/strong>In those cases where physical delivery of the contracted goods is required, deliveries will be made within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). For the purposes of these conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have occurred at the time the user or a third party indicated by the user acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.<\/li>\n
    2. RETURNS: <\/strong>In the case of a good with physical support, the User has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase made on the Website. the term will be calculated from the delivery of the same. In the case of a product and \/ or online service, being a personalized service and \/ or immediate access to part or all of the materials, the aforementioned right of withdrawal disappears being the User aware of this circumstance and accepting it at the time of making the corresponding purchase. In order to exercise this right of withdrawal referred to above and when applicable, the User must notify OILS SISTERS of his\/her decision with an express and clear statement, within the term established for this purpose, to the following e-mail address: hola@teresadies.com. The User will be reimbursed by the same payment method used by the User at the time of the initial purchase transaction. No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage after delivery.<\/li>\n

DISCLAIMER<\/strong>: Except as otherwise provided by law, OILS SISTERS accepts no liability for: (i) losses not attributable to any breach on its part; (ii) business losses (including loss of profits); (iii) technical failures due to fortuitous or other causes that prevent the normal operation of the website through the Internet. Unavailability of the website due to maintenance or other reasons, preventing the availability of the service; (iv) any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when it occurs as a consequence beyond its reasonable control, i.e., justified by force majeure.<\/li>\n

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, it is expressly forbidden to copy, reproduce, sell, transmit, distribute, republish, modify or display for commercial use without the prior consent of OILS SISTERS. The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by OILS SISTERS.<\/li>\n

FULL AGREEMENT: <\/strong>these terms and conditions and all documents to which they refer constitute the entire agreement between the user and OILS SISTERS in relation to the object of the sale and purchase and supersede any other pact or prior agreement agreed either verbally or in writing between the same parties.<\/li>\n
